**We strongly urge buyers to inquire about any local town or city ordinances and/or Home Owners Associations Rules and Regulations before purchasing.  R&L Roost will not be responsible for compliance.  R&L Roost is not responsible for obtaining any Permits and associated fees that may be required. **

Please note that due to DOT regulations and size of our trailers, some shed/run in shed orders may require us to pre-build at our shop and re-assemble on site.  Acceptance of such orders will be at the discretion of R&L Roost, LLC depending on mileage of final site destination from New Egypt, New Jersey.    

All of our items are customized to your specifications.  We rarely build the same thing twice unless for the same customer.  Because each item is custom built, we ask that you give us a call or better yet, schedule an appointment to visit our shop to see some of our models and let us put together a shed design and price that works for you.

Any wood that touches the ground is pressure treated. We use T-111 sheathing; Timberline Roofing shingles with tar paper and starter strips; welded wire in livestock shed windows; barn style doors;  all painted in colors of your choice.  (We even torched the outer sheathing of a shed for a burned look per customer's request.) We do not use any plastic in or on our products.   Unlike other builders, we do not use chip board or subpar materials.

We keep our turnaround build time reasonable - not months or years.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders.  We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
 

We keep you updated throughout the build process via pictures and messages from the day we gather your material to the day the final product is loaded on to the trailer ready for delivery.
